Prior to co-founding Compete Consulting Group (CCG), Chad Beville worked within various sales roles for DHL. During his tenure, he created and developed customized shipping solutions for his clients, which allowed them to streamline their shipping process and increase profitability. Mr. Beville’s reputation for excellence in client services resulted in increased regional profits by over 28% and led to the Western Region being the fastest producing area in the nation. These achievements earned Mr. Beville recognition as one of the top Senior Account Executives in the country.
Chad Beville co-founded CCG in 2006 and oversees the strategic and tactical vision along with the business development that has enabled CCG ‘s continued success. He is credited with creating and implementing CCG’s sales structure and has implemented a training and development program providing unparalleled support for CCG consultants. Mr. Beville earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.
Josh Dunham Managing Partner, Los Angeles
Prior to co-founding Compete Consulting Group (CCG), Josh Dunham served in several sales roles within DHL. While serving as a Senior Account Executive, Mr. Dunham quickly became a top producer and remained in the top 1% of nationwide sales throughout his tenure with DHL. His hard work and attention to detail allowed him to become responsible for the training and development of Account Executives nationwide.
Josh Dunham co-founded CCG in 2006, and is responsible for advancing corporate development and financial strategy. He oversees the invoicing and auditing departments. Mr. Dunham holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Business from Pepperdine University.
