Prior to co-founding Compete Consulting Group (CCG), Chad Beville was an Account Executive for Worldwide Express, a reseller of DHL. During his tenure, he created and developed customized shipping solutions for his clients, which allowed them to streamline their shipping process and increase profitability. Mr. Beville’s reputation for excellence in client services resulted in increased regional profits by over 50% and led to Worldwide’s Western Region being the fastest producing area in the nation. These achievements earned Mr. Beville recognition as one of the top Senior Account Executives in the country. Numerous performance awards followed and his many successes led him to focus not only on the acquisition of larger accounts, but also on the professional development of Account Executives nationwide.
Chad Beville co-founded CCG in 2006 and oversees the strategic and tactical vision along with the business development that has enabled CCG ‘s continued success. Since CCG’s inception, he has reduced shipping costs for over 100 clients in excess of $2.4 million while improving shipping operations. He is credited with creating and implementing CCG’s sales structure and has implemented a training and development program providing unparalleled support for CCG consultants. Mr. Beville earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego and is a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.
Josh Dunham
Managing Partner, Los Angeles
Prior to co-founding Compete Consulting Group (CCG), Josh Dunham had an extensive sales career with Worldwide Express. During his tenure, Worldwide Express was the nation’s fastest growing and top producing reseller of DHL. While serving as a Senior Account Executive, Mr. Dunham saved his clients in the Western Region in excess of $1.3 million on an annual basis and quickly became a top producer and remained in the top 1% of nationwide sales throughout his career. This expertise led him to being responsible for the training and development of Account Executives who specifically targeted the small to medium sized business sector.
Josh Dunham co-founded CCG in 2006, bringing with him his knowledge and expertise of the small to medium sized business sector. Since founding CCG, he has saved his clients in excess of $2 million. He is responsible for improving business operations, advancing corporate development and financial strategy. Mr. Dunham holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Business from Pepperdine University and is a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.
